Peripheral Artery Disease Management

Blockage from cholesterol buildup in the blood supply to the legs is a common manifestation of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). This blockage causes pain in the legs called claudication. It is only with exertion and relieved with rest. It does not wake people from sleep.

The same risk factors for coronary artery disease and carotid artery disease, need to be aggressively managed for PAD. The goal at Chatham Heart Center, is to help you feel better and stop the limitations from PAD. It is a comprehensive approach to risk factor modification, medication and testing.

Let’s see what CHC can do for you.
